Throughout my work in leadership development, culture building, and workforce strategy, I kept running into the same frustration: despite having more workplace data than ever before, it was still difficult to clearly understand what was actually driving burnout, turnover, leadership inconsistency, communication breakdowns, and operational friction inside organizations.
After speaking with hundreds of executives and organizational leaders at conferences by CLN, IPMI, and Opal Group, I realized many of us were asking the same question: how do we move beyond surface level metrics and better understand the deeper organizational patterns shaping performance, workforce sustainability, operating costs, and long-term business resilience?
That realization became the foundation for Pertineo.

In Practice
My Story
I have always been someone who asks deeper questions. Even early in my career, I found myself less interested in surface level answers and more interested in understanding the underlying dynamics shaping people, teams, and organizations. Why do some leaders create trust while others create tension? Why do certain environments help people thrive while others quietly drain them?
That curiosity shaped the direction of my career and eventually led me into leadership development, culture building, and workforce strategy. Over time, I realized that many of the challenges organizations face are not isolated problems. They are interconnected patterns that often go unnoticed until the impact becomes impossible to ignore.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to work in environments where chronic stress, unhealthy dynamics, and leadership inconsistency impact more than performance. At different points in my career, the pressure and strain became so intense that I regularly ended up in the hospital with physical symptoms doctors couldn't always fully explain. Those experiences changed the way I think about organizational health forever.
At the same time, I've also experienced what it feels like to work within strong teams and alongside leaders whose values, communication, and leadership practices create trust, alignment, and psychological safety. The difference in energy, creativity, resilience, and performance is impossible to ignore once you've lived both realities.
I want to help organizations better understand the hidden dynamics shaping employee wellbeing, team effectiveness, leadership impact, and long term organizational sustainability before challenges escalate into burnout, disengagement, turnover, or costly operational consequences.
